The first book I ever read was middle grade (The Golden Compass by Philip Pullman), and writing in that age category has always been a goal of mine. I’ve also always wanted to write a magic school book (fun fact, my first ever completed manuscript was about a magic school!), so I have several author dreams coming true with this deal 💙
